FYI, don't deactivate clickie item buff AA things, they are broken and do not come back and is not an issue GMs can correct. I had to put in a bug report ( https://dgcissuetracker.com/browse/EQ-988 ) for those who care to follow and contribute.

Good news / Bad news:
Bad news 1st, Mophios does no longer have any of the item buffs from these AAs until it is fixed and corrected

Good news 2nd, Mophios is already GIMP as hell and those buffs may have bought me an extra hit (if that) so not a major drop in performance rating lol

No, he's talking about the change made a few months ago where most clicky buffs no longer need to be on your buff bar but are made into AAs entitled (in the General tab):

Item: AA description goes here

If you decide to remove the AA, which you can do, you can't get it back until they fix this bug. I haven't heard of this bug but I'm taking Mophios' word for it.
