With the renewal due this month, I cancelled the account.

/sigh

But on the other hand, this new guild is going as good as the old one ever did.

Lots of new friends,

If you are registering here to post, to say hi to old friends,
please send me an email at [email protected] so that we don't delete your registration along with all the russians and other bloody spammers that register en masse.

Hail the Mighty Omani Winter.

Move over anything you think you need Lluke. I am sure Winters Legacy boards face a similiar issue soon.

I do wish there was a way we could back up the database, and store the bones of it over here somehow... I haven't researched how to do that...

Not unless there's a catastrophic hardware failure.

Fanra spent many many hours working on that... no luck.

As stated above, fanra spent many an hour working on that.

We were unsuccessful in 6 months of trying. thus it's a dead issue.
Plus, everything has probably already been deleted by the host, or would be by the time we got halfway into any attempt to back it up.

$111 bucks for hosting and domain,

already been thru this with Lluke. It doesnt matter.
In the 30 days AFTER the merger there were like 12 posts.
In the 6 months after that there were like 5 posts.
It's a dead site.
then again I locked it to all but officers I think 6 months ago.

I'm sure I'm more attatched to the old site than anyone, but I have let it go.

We have moved on to greater glories with OWL's.

I tried to move it over.

However, there were too many bugs in the database to do so.

It is currently up at this moment, so go over there and copy over everything you might want to save while you can.
