Hello,

My EQ crashed yesterday afternoon and since then I have not been able to get on. It keeps telling me to run Launchpad.exe but nothing works. I have
deleted and done everything that it has told me to do. Any suggestions? It looks like the server page has been minimized at the bottom of screen but I can't
move it or make it bigger.

Nevermind, I think I am coming in now. I just deleted everything on my laptop from the last two days.
It seems to be working now. Logging in as I type. LoL

Just letting you all know that I am alive but cannot log into the servers.
I have been trying for over an hour now. Waiting for them to reset them.
