Get your RoF maps from EQ Resource at: http://rof.eqresource.com/maps.php
They also have tons of RoF info.
Of course, my site http://everquest.fanra.info also has RoF information, but nowhere near as much as EQ Resource. My site does have a good description of the Portal Activation quest (http://everquest.fanra.info/wiki/Shard%27s_Landing#Portal_quests)s, which you want to do to be able to move around RoF. See: Getting to RoF > Hoof it (http://everquest.fanra.info/wiki/Rain_of_Fear#Getting_to_RoF) on how to get to the zones to complete the quest.
http://everquest.allakhazam.com/ is starting to add RoF stuff as well.
