Some Daybreak Accounts Suspended Due to Loyalty Token Bug

A bug with Loyalty tokens enabled people to purchase unlimited items from the Loyalty vendor. The vendor was removed from the game and accounts that purchased anything from the vendor in the past few days have been suspended.

Hopefully, innocent accounts will be unsuspended soon.

No formal announcement has been made by Daybreak as of this moment.

For players affected CS will be reaching out to you, if you already put a petition in they will be responding to that as well.

EDIT: Sorry forgot this, each case is currently being manually reviewed.

I've got a bunch of DMs in discord today from people saying they got perma banned over this
lots got 14 days suspension
some getting released from suspension today, they still going thru the logs,

per a convo with dream he said

they set a threshold and tried to set it rather high, anyone who exploited vendor above that threshold got permabanned
anyone who exploited and stayed under got 14days
anyone wrongfully accused of over spending should be released today

so if you didn't exploit vendor and dont get released today you def need to submit a petition if you haven't all ready
