OPEN DISCORD, then within Discord:

USER SETTINGS - Gear icon at the bottom to the left of the headphone icon.

VOICE & VIDEO - Scroll down until you see these.

-OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc. - Turn OFF
-Echo Cancellation - Turn OFF
-Noise Suppression - Set to NONE
-Automatic Gain Control - Turn OFF
