Guild Rules v4.7 (June 6, 2022)

As always, rules are continuously under review and subject to change based on the design of the game, needs of the guild, etc.

Guild Mission and Definition

Omani Winter is a progression based, family oriented guild. Our focus is to maintain a steady path of progression through the game, without sacrificing our core family values.

To accomplish this goal, we strive to promote the highest possible member performance, while maintaining a manageable level of raid participation requirements. Our members are encouraged not only to help one another achieve the highest level of performance in the group atmosphere through flags, experience and gear, but are also encouraged to help one another achieve the highest possible performance level in the raid setting through effective communication and education.

Our members are also encouraged to maintain and cultivate our family atmosphere both in game and out.

In short, we enjoy the game and enjoy winning, but we also make it a point enjoy each other.

Story of the Owl

Omani and Winter's Legacy initials are O.W.L. Since Omani Winter is the combination of those guilds, the owl is our mascot.

Owls are associated with wisdom. This link goes back at least as far as Ancient Greece, where Athens, noted for art and scholarship, and Athena, Athens' patron goddess and the goddess of wisdom, had the owl as a symbol. The culture of Old Europe, long pre-dating Indio-European cultures, venerated the owl as a goddess.

Chapter A
CHAT AND FORUM GUIDELINES AND ALTS

Section 1: CHAT AND FORUM GUIDELINES

We expect you to show respect to your guildmates and exhibit the type of behavior that reflects well upon the guild. Avoid using foul language, leetspeak, and controversial topics such as politics and religion, and if these topics do come up inadvertently, please stop when asked to. Guild chat is neither for selling of personal items, nor spamming (which includes excessive requests for ports, buffs, rezzes, or help).

Racist, sexist, homophobic and hate speech is not acceptable in guild chat, guild channels, and this forum. Jokes are fine and jokingly insulting other members in good fun is great, but let's avoid going too far or using inappropriate terms. Bullying other members, even in a joking manner, is prohibited.

If you want to speak about any of the above issues, or want to share something funny or interesting that is risque, take it to tells and avoid upsetting someone who might not share your sense of humor. If someone asks you to stop talking about something that is not specific to that channel due to offense, please do so. If you have a problem, or see a developing issue, tell an officer.

This rules also apply to our guild Discord server, with the exception that funny or interesting content that is risque is permitted.

Note that all bad behavior mentioned anywhere in these rules also applies to your conduct in public, that is with non-guild members as well as guild members. Omani Winter has a good reputation and all members must reflect that and should take pride in.

Section 2: ALTS & TWINKS

You don't need to have your alts in the guild, but it is allowed. Alts must be in the guild if they want to receive raid loot, see Spending DKP below. If you leave the guild, you must take all alts with you.

Chapter B
GUILD MEMBERSHIP, MESSAGE BOARD (forums) and ANONYMOUS

Section 1: GUILD MEMBERSHIP

Membership in Omani Winter is a privilege.

Section 2: RECRUIT TO MEMBER VOTING

It will require a 70% Yes vote for a recruit to make member. If 70% is not achieved, the decision to extend or deny will defer to the higher of the two categories.

Section 3: GUILD REMOVAL

Situations where people are removed from the guild are rare and handled on a case by case basis. Guild removal may occur when your conduct promotes an image unbecoming of Omani Winter such as (but not limited to):

  • kill-stealing
  • ninja-looting
  • creating a hostile environment for another guild member
  • purposely lying. We don't mean lying about your real life age.
  • use of software to cheat/hack/warp or otherwise affect game play to your advantage beyond normal EQ powers/abilities. (Discord, Allakhazam, class websites do not fall in this category)

Warnings: In some cases an Officer may issue a person a "Warning". A person will only receive one "Warning" prior to guild removal.

Creating or participating in excessive drama may lead to substantial loss of DKP, bid restriction, and in some cases guild removal. Incidents will be met on a case by case basis and left to the discretion of the officers.

Section 4: PROLONGED ABSENCES

Omani Winter recognizes that from time to time issues arise and prolonged absences occur. It is, however, your responsibility to inform the guild of any absences greater than 2 weeks in length, by making a post on the board. This will protect you from loss of DKP and/or removal from the guild due to extended unexplained absence. Members who have been absent from the guild, without explanation, for more than 9 months will be subject to removal from the guild, loss of DKP, as well as required to re-apply upon return. DKP will not be protected.

If you know you will be absent, you need to make sure to either post in the forum, or have someone do it for you. Offhandedly informing people (even officers) does not count, because we can forget.

Section 5: RE-ADMITTANCE

We take our guild seriously, giving heavy consideration to each member we invite. All cases of re-admittance are circumstantial and subjective to each individual's case. The decision to leave the guild should not be made lightly. It is at the Officers discretion to re-admit a former member.

Section 6: VOLUNTARY DEGUILDING

Membership in Omani Winter is a privilege. We take our tag very seriously, and so should you. Deguilding is not an action that should be taken lightly. It is understood that conflict arises from time to time, and that emotions sometimes run high. You are highly encouraged to take time to cool down before making the decision to deguild.

Deguilding is subject to sanctions:

  • The first deguilding will require a 48-hour cool down period and majority officer review before being allowed to retag.
  • The second offense will result in a 48-hour cool down period, majority officer review and 30 day bid restriction.
  • The third and subsequent offenses will result in a guild vote following completion of a mandatory 30-day recruitment period. All DKP will be sacrificed.

Any member feeling they have been harassed or pressured into deguilding may make a written appeal to any GIDA officer to have their case heard. Each incident will be reviewed, and a judgment returned within 48 hours.

Section 7: CHANGING GUILDS

If you are recruiting for another guild, you must disband from Omani Winter. If officers find out you are trying to join another guild, you will be asked to leave.

Section 8: CHANGING MAINS

Members who wish to change mains are subject to the following restrictions:

The new main must meet the minimum guild requirements for Progression based members, including maintaining mandatory raid averages. Existing DKP will be retained, and the new toon will accrue DKP normally, however a 30-Day bid restriction will be imposed. Members are only permitted to change mains once every 6 months.

Section 9: MESSAGE BOARD AND POSTS

Each member is responsible for creating and maintaining a user account on the guild message board, and DKP site.

The guild forum is Omani Winter's primary means of communication. Each member is expected to monitor the guild message board regularly to ensure you are up to date on any important information that is being communicated. It is not the responsibility of the officers or leaders to relay information in the guild's MOTD or through guild chat channels.

In general, posts will not be censored. We expect everyone to act as responsible adults. Use common sense and general courtesy and all will be fine. Personal attacks or other rude behavior will be removed and generally leads to guild removal.

Section 10: ANONYMOUS

Going Anonymous is not allowed for any member, recruit, alt or otherwise at any time. You are asked to use /role instead if you feel the need to. Note that using /role may cause the dkp tool to list you as being level 1.

It's our guild, and our family... Be proud of it...

Chapter C
Earning DKP (Dragon Kill Points)

Section 1: GENERAL

Dragon Kill Points are a guild economy with which you purchase items by bidding. They are earned through raid attendance.

People on the Waiting List gain them as well, as long as they are prepared and able to join the raid as soon as a spot opens up for them. See Section 5.

Amount awarded:

We will award 5 dkp/hour, 5 dkp/victory and 2 dkp/attempt. There will also be a first time kill bonus of 25 (or whatever is deemed appropriate by the raid leader at the time of kill, as some events we will beat after 1 or 2 attempts and others, like Deconstruction, will take 10 to 15 attempts).

Section 2: RECRUITS

Recruits earn full DKP.

Section 3: ALTS & TWO BOXING

You have only one Main character. Only that Main earns DKP. If a Raid Leader requests that you to bring an Alt, due to raid needs, the main character will earn the DKP as if they were there. It is advised that you verify you receive the DKP you earned and not the alt, which never earns DKP. If you find that an alt has earned DKP, post on the DKP forum to have it readjusted.

Section 4: DISCREPANCIES

It is each member's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of his or her DKP. You are encouraged to regularly check event entries to ensure that you were not inadvertently omitted from the roster. Should you discover a discrepancy, make a post in the DKP section of the forum stating the event date and event name. A DKP officer will then review the incident and adjust the DKP awarded accordingly. Do not use /tells, /gu or any other in game channel to request a DKP review.

Section 5: WAITING LIST

If the raid is full or if push is full (if you aren't flagged), you should join the channel owlwait.
You still earn DKP if:

1. You are READY to raid.
2. You are in the wait list channel.
3. You promptly respond to tells.

Between 3 and 5 minutes will be allowed for you to respond to a request to join the raid. It will be the officers' discretion how long is enough time. Setting up a voice trigger for tells is highly recommended to aid in you in hearing the tell.

You will need to log into the waiting list to keep track of when the guild needs you. You need to announce in the waiting list when you join it that you are there. You may go and xp or do other things while on the waiting list ONLY if you are able to gate back to the guild lobby within seconds of being told to join the raid. If, during a raid, you need to leave the waiting list (because you got in the raid or because you have to log out or otherwise go do something else besides be ready to raid) you must announce in the owlwait channel that you wish to be removed from the waiting list.

People on the waiting list may bid for items provided they were present (on the waiting list) for the majority of the event.

While the guild understands that raids fill quickly and not all members are able to join, the spirit of the Wait List and all privileges pertaining to it, is that all Progression members will make a 'good faith effort' to actively participate in guild raids. Abuse of these privileges will not be tolerated. Enforcement is, however, subjective.

Members suspecting abuse should file a formal GIDA complaint, containing the offending member's name, and describing the pattern of abuse. It is the filing member's responsibility to provide any evidence of the accused abuse in the form of logs, items bid on, items won, etc. Once a complaint is filed, and supporting evidence provided, the issue is subject to officer review. A 2/3 majority officer vote will be required to 'prove' abuse.

Members found to be in violation are then subject to penalty, including but not limited to, restriction of wait list privileges, suspension of bidding rights, DKP forfeiture and/or loss of Progression status at GIDA discretion.

Chapter D
SPENDING DKP

Section 1: BIDDING

All auctions are held in the owlloot channel. Bidding is open.

DKP is awarded to Progression Mains, Alts of Progression Mains asked to play the toon by the Raid Leader (DKP goes to the Main) and Recruits. Casual members are not eligible to accrue DKP. The ability to spend DKP is limited to non-Bid Restricted Progression based members (Mains and their Alts) only.

No member will be allowed to bid more than the current balance showing in the DKP database at the time the bid is submitted, less any bids won that are not shown. Raids not entered cannot be counted. Any member who bids more than they currently have will be subject to action on a case by case basis.

Each member is responsible for knowing their DKP total prior to each evening's raids. Do not expect bids to be delayed while you look up your total. It is not the responsibility of the Bid Officer to wait on you. Be proactive and prepared beforehand.

All bids are final. You need to make sure you know what you are bidding on, and how many raid points you have. The only exceptions will be if someone bids on an item they cannot use (e.g., a warrior bidding on a caster item), or someone bids an exorbitant amount, which they quickly correct. The bidding will go back to the last good bid. In the case of someone repeatedly bidding on an item they cannot use, they will be referred to a GIDA officer.

If you are bidding on an item for your alt, they must be in Omani Winter before the raid begins. The reason is that they can then take the banner in to loot and not hold up the entire raid waiting for them.

The bidding order is (subject to change):

1. Mains (Progression)
2. Unsworn (Recruits)
3. Alts

If an item is rotting, it may be offered to Casuals for free, since they normally don't have dkp. Items may also be offered to Bid Restricted if rotting.

We would prefer that recruits prioritize outfitting their main character if loot becomes available to them in the bid chain. As such, Recruits (including C2P) are welcome to bid on gear that falls to them in the bid order, but cannot bid for Alt gear. Any gear that 'rots', they are free to request.

During the bidding for Mains and Recruits, the character must be able to use the item they are bidding on. This includes, but is not limited to, class, race, and level.

During Alt bidding there are no such restrictions. However, members are encouraged to not bid on an item that another alt would actually use immediately and often.

Section 2: BID RESTRICTION

Members falling below 35% in the 30, 60, and 90 day periods will be placed on bid restriction and unable to spend DKP until an average of 35% is re-established for the 30 day period.

Section 3: WAITING LIST BIDDING

Progression-based members on the waiting list are eligible to bid but must be on the waiting list and ready to raid for 50% or more of the current attempt. They are responsible for getting to the event in a reasonable amount of time. The raid will make no extraordinary efforts to get members there (zone access or flag issues, etc.).

Section 4: RAIDS WITH NON-STANDARD LOOT RULES

Any Guild Member may lead a raid outside of normal raid times and deviate from the "normal" loot rules if they specify them up front. This deviation from the normal loot policies must be known to all participants in the raid, especially if people are late/just logging and coming to a half done raid.

Section 5: BID DISCUSSIONS

Members are NOT allowed coerce / browbeat / convince others not to bid on an item. If you are harassing someone in the guild in this manner, you will be issued a warning, and if it happens again, you will certainly be removed from the guild for creating a hostile environment for someone, and this is not tolerated.

You are allowed to, and indeed encouraged, to point out to someone if they are bidding on an item they can not use due to class or other restrictions. Mentioning to them, for example, that they really shouldn't bid on that bow as rangers deserve it more, is, however, out of line. It is hoped that all members consider such factors and the good of the guild and make up their own mind on whether or not to bid on items. Still, in the end their dkp is theirs to spend as they see fit.

Section 6: LOOTING

No one on a raid may loot any item unless told to by an officer.

If you win a bid for an item, the bidding officer will give you the item using the Advanced Loot System. Once they give you the item you may loot the item by using the top part of the Advanced Loot System. If you won the item on an alt, you should ask the raid leader for an invite to the expedition, take the guild banner to the raid, right-click on the chest once to be added to the loot list, and then tell the bidding officer that you are here for the item (tell them which item).

Should the Advanced Loot System timer get past the point where the system works, the bidding officer will announce that you can loot items you have won from the chest. Unless they announce that, you are not to loot out of the chest.

Section 7: ALT LOOTING

If you bid for an alt, you must leave the current DZ (Expedition) with your main before asking for a raid invite for the alt. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the loot.

When your alt sends a tell for raid invite for loot you need to say who your main is.

Once you have looted the item, unless you plan on bidding on further items for your alt, drop the alt out of raid and DZ and then ask for a reinvite on your main. If you do plan on bidding on further items for your alt, you still must drop your alt out of raid and DZ once bidding on that chest is done. Failure to do so may result in temporary banning from bidding for alts.

As it says above and has done so for years, I will repeat, "If you are bidding on an item for your alt, they must be in Omani Winter before the raid begins. The reason is that they can then take the banner in to loot and not hold up the entire raid waiting for them."

Chapter E
LEVELS OF MEMBERSHIP

Section 1: PROGRESSION MEMBERS

Currently, requirements for Progression members include at least 15,000 assigned AAs, current maximum level, and maintaining a 35% raid participation average. In addition all members are expected to have the ability to shrink (small races exempt), invis and gate at all times. All members are expected to utilize audio triggers and/or GamTextTriggers/GINA. Each member must have up-to-date maps, without exception.

All Progression Members must have a way to instantly gate when necessary. That being one or more of the following: Gyrospire Relocation Device, Bulwark of Many Portals, Vial of Swirling Smoke. Also Drunkard's Stein which has a cast time is 0.5 which isn't instant but close enough. Drunkard's Stein can only be obtained during the Anniversary period. Ethernere Portal Device is also 0.5 seconds.

All Progression mains must have an All Access account with all expansions enabled, and acquire new expansions within a month of release. The Guild Leaders may make exceptions to this rule.

Current recommend AAs are:

  • Combat Agility 75% of all ranks (Tanks), 50% of all ranks (All other classes)
  • Combat Stability 75% of all ranks (Tanks), 50% of all ranks (All other classes)
  • Discordant Defiance 75% of all ranks
  • General Sturdiness 75% of all ranks (Tanks), 50% of all ranks (All other classes)
  • Mystical Attuning 12/12
  • Mystical Shield 1/1
  • Natural Durability 6/6
  • Planar Power 75% of all ranks

Omani Winter recommends that all members have all 6 group MPG trials and DoN progression up through Power of the Keepers/Dark Reign. Members are recommended to meet or exceed a standard group attainable equipment and augment set. All members should be open to learning from one another, and constructive criticism from guildmates.

If your gear, resists, AAs or attitude hinder your ability to contribute to your classes specific raid function, you may be relegated to the wait list until such deficiencies are resolved. Note that the default requirement to be on the wait list is to be ready to raid. If you are not ready to raid, you may be prohibited from being on the wait list.

Section 2: PROGRESSION TO CASUAL

If a progression-based member's 30, 60, and 90 day RA% is 0% and they have failed to notify or participate (this could include posting on the forums), their designation will be changed to casual status. At the time of transition to casual, DKP totals will be preserved until they trip the Prolonged Absences rule. At this point, they will be removed from the guild and their DKP totals will be reset to zero. Should the member return to activity prior to guild removal (see Prolonged Absence rule), their reinstatement to progression will be contingent on availability (are we currently accepting progression-based transition).

Section 3: CASUAL MEMBERS

Casual members are under no obligation to meet minimal guild requirements or to advance their character. Casual members may participate in raids, however they will be given the last choice for raid spots even if they were present before the start of the raid. Casual members have no loot rights, and do not gain DKP from guild events. Casual members may be asked to relinquish their spot in the raid for a Progression member at any time.

Section 4: CASUAL TO PROGRESSION (C2P)

At such times that the officers decide to open up Progression, Casual members may ask to become Progression. Members wishing to move from Casual to Progression (C2P) should notify an officer of their request, and will be subject to all Progression requirements. They go through the same process as new recruits, 30 days of being a "recruit", able to raid, able to gain dkp and able to bid on items that are opened to recruits. The purpose of this is to evaluate the character and how they perform in the raid environment.

C2P may not be open at times and may be restricted to needed classes.

At the end of the 30 days, a poll of Progression members will be taken. If a majority of those voting agree, the C2P recruit becomes a Progression member. Should they not be made Progression, they will remain Casual. Should an extension be voted upon, they get two weeks before a re-vote is taken.

Should a Casual member fail to become Progression, they may re-apply for Progression after six months, assuming that the guild is taking in any Progression members at that time. This is only for the rare case where they have either had a major change in their life (e.g. job status now allows enough raid time) or they have spent the last six months working on fixing all issues that caused them to be rejected the last time.

Again, there is no way any Casual member can be removed from the guild by this process. Guild removal is, as always, a decision of the officers that is used only in extreme cases that warrant it.

Chapter F

RAIDS

Section 1: GUILD PORTAL

During raids, the guild portal in the Guild Mansion (Neighborhood Guild Hall) is to be on the zone location for the raid. This means the guild portal will only be on the Guild Standard (banner) or the zone closest to the raid location. You must have permission from an officer to change the guild portal to anything besides that during raids.

It is a violation of the Guild Rules to change the portal during raids, other than as needed for the raid.

You may use the guild portal in the old guild hall for any destination you wish during raid times.

Section 2: CHATTING

The Raid channel, or /rs, is for the Raid Leaders only. No one else is to use that channel unless told to by the raid leaders.

The channel hoot is for everyone else to discuss raid related things. Things not related to the raid, jokes, non-raid discussions, etc., should be done in guild chat (/gu).

Section 3: NON-GUILD RAIDING

Omani Winter is a progression based guild and counts on members to be available and focused for guild events. Progression members should refrain from participating in non-guild events that jeopardize their ability to raid based on lockout timers. The inability to participate in a guild event due to lockout timers achieved during non-guild raids will result in loss of DKP for the evening in question. Please ensure that your guilds interests are primary to any pickup raids you may choose to participate on.

Progression and Progression Recruit (including C2P) members are prohibited from attending raids on their mains with other guilds where it might cause them to have a lock out of content we are raiding. Currently, this includes Claws of Veeshan, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Terror of Luclin raids. All other raids are open. Note: This list is subject to change, if you have any doubts, please ask an officer.

Section 4: RAID MAKEUP

Raid members should refrain from wearing excessive makeup unless it is really funny looking and you accept that we will all laugh at you :)

It will be at the Raid Leaders discretion to optimize raids in a fashion that allows the guild the best opportunity for victory. Typically Raid Leaders will ask for volunteers to drop if specific classes are needed to ensure success.

Section 5: RAID MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Familiars, jesters, illusions or mounts that mimic mobs of current raid content are prohibited. Jesters may be used if raid leader permits.
Mounts with wings and large mounts are prohibited.

Members are encouraged to shrink to their smallest possible size unless it specifically hinders the characters ability to perform. All long term pets must be shrunk to their smallest possible size.

Tanking classes must at all times be able and willing to shield tank. Failure to do so will result in loss of tanking responsibilities, and may result in removal from the raid.

Omani Winter expects members to be able to control their aggro, both during raids, as well as when moving from event to event. We understand that from time to time inadvertent aggro is obtained, and trains are formed. Should this happen to you, FD, fade, gate or die the aggro off. Failure to control your aggro properly (meaning that other players are affected negatively by your actions) will result in a warning for the first incident, placement at the rear of the wait list for the second incident, and suspension from raids for further incidents.

It is important to note that obtaining aggro is not a violation. It is what you do once you have it that defines the situation. Pay attention, be responsible, and represent Omani Winter in a professional and courteous manner.

Section 6: WAITING LIST

In the event that the raid is full, join the designated wait list channel and announce your presence. Once you have announced yourself, the wait list officer will add you to the end of the wait list.

Invitations from the wait list into the raid are typically first in, first out, with the exception of needed classes at the Raid Leaders discretion. In order to enable us to progress, the raid leader is allowed to skip the order of the Waiting List to get in people who need flags / keys / book clicks. If we have issues with will-ins (piggies) on raids, the raid leader can skip the order of the Waiting List so as to get in flagged people we need.

Members on the wait list earn full DKP and have complete bidding rights, provided they were present prior to the beginning of the event and have access to the zone (this includes lockouts that prevent the member from being added to the event upon completion).

All guild members are encouraged to create an audio trigger with the text "invites you to join a raid." The Raid Leader's invite will set off your trigger when an invitation is sent. Failure to respond to an invitation within a reasonable amount of time (typically 2 to 3 minutes) will result in forfeiture of your spot in the raid, as well as any DKP acquired during your absence. Absences should be kept brief, and be announced both when you leave, and when you return.

While on the wait list, members are allowed to XP provided they are able to respond to the Raid Leader's invitation, and make it to the raid within a reasonable amount of time. Any AFKs should be announced in the wait list channel. Announcing an AFK does NOT reserve your spot on the list, but may protect against DKP reduction due to non-response to an invitation. Once you return, announce that you have returned. Treat the waiting list the same as you would a group or raid.

Do not /autojoin the wait list channel, and ensure that once you have received your invite to the raid you /leave the channel. Members autojoining the wait list channel may receive 0 DKP for the evening, as DKP and Wait List Officers may not be able to accurately calculate your attendance and/or availability.

If you are in the raid and asked to go to the Waiting List by an officer or raid leader, you will be placed on the Waiting List at the top. No one is allowed to drop from the raid to the Waiting List without permission of an officer or raid leader. If you have to leave the raid for any reason other than an officer or raid leader asking you so someone else can take your place, that means you are not ready to raid and cannot be on the Waiting List.

Chapter G
DISPUTES

Section 1: GIDA - GUILD INTERNAL DISPUTES AND AFFAIRS

GIDA is here for each and every member of the guild to utilize. If you have a problem that you cannot resolve in tells, with people in, or out of the guild, then please contact one of the GIDA officers. These officers are here to assist you and do what they can to help resolve the issue.

It is highly recommended that you have logs running while in Norrath, and even more if a dispute arises. That way the GIDA officers can look at all information, and see what, if anything, needs to be done. So be prepared for the GIDA officers to ask for these logs. When you submit the logs, please do not edit or remove any parts of it. Regardless of what has been said or done, they need to know the total picture. There is little that can be done in a situation of he said/she said. Logs are your friend, please use them.

In extreme cases all officers have the authority to remove an individual from the guild. If you feel that anyone, yourself included, have been unfairly removed from the guild, please submit your logs to one of the GIDA officers for review. You will be notified within 48 hours of the guild's decision regarding whether to uphold or rescind the removal.

Things to remember when bringing your case to a GIDA officer:

1. Logs, logs, logs
2. Screenshots if possible
3. Keep your cool. If you are unable to control your emotions in the heat of the moment, you're less likely to get a suitable resolution. Frustrations happen, but maintain your composure.
4. In the event that one of the GIDA officers is not available in game at the time of your incident, please post a PM to them on the forum, giving them a summary of the incident and requesting that they speak with you as soon as possible.
5. Please do not 'jump' the chain and bypass the GIDA officers. The GIDA officers should be your first point of contact.
6. If your problem is with one of the GIDA officers, please notify the Guild Leader.
7. Logs, logs, logs

Section 2: NOT IN GAME

If you have a disagreement with how the guild is being run, a particular rule or ruling, how the raid is being run, dkp, or anything else, please do not engage in disputes in guildchat. You can contact an officer to discuss it but if an officer asks you to take the issue to the forums because they are busy or the issue is too complex to handle in chat, please do so.

The forums here are the proper place to deal with issues. Please post your problem here so we can discuss it.
