howdy omani winter this is menadan for last post i know kind shocked everyone with tell people was in very back crush accdient inviove me with a skid steer. so update march 18 i was clear to go back work form 4 hr day with restriction to 8 hour day still have same restriction. but form what i understand doctor told me im about 75/80% heal up my right leg was still weak it was testing at about 78 and my left leg was test at 93 so doctor and my mother and worker comp person want me stay on restrition and try get the right leg stronger.. just want give everyone update i know alot of you guys that in omani winter know me and some dont im alot better then was when this happend.... thank you guys you guys are best
